Long-term reliability testing

Our machines continuously acquire, display, and analyze data, allowing us to learn from clinical and engineering patterns across parameters such as blood flow, blood pressure, patient temperature, air embolism, motor speed, motor torque, and coil temperature.

Data-Driven Predictive Maintenance

We support our reliability claims with data, utilizing long-term testing, Weibull reliability models, and clinical usage conditions to inform our predictive maintenance strategies.

Our Pipeline

As a company, we maintain control over the entire manufacturing and supply chain for both our consumable catheter product lines and electromechanical console devices. Our patented Hydrophilic and Heparin Coating formulation, licensed from a leading US-based coating supplier, ensures high-quality coatings for our products.
Our current pilot facility has the capacity to produce 200 catheters and 10 extracorporeal systems daily. APMTD’s Quality System is certified to ISO 13485 standards in all facilities across the USA, Taiwan, and China.
